Printed T-shirts causing Cancers

Stumble Upon Toolbar
Is our clothing safe for our daily use, this is what this article reflects on. T-shirts and other printed textiles are found to carry the dangerous chemical which can cause birth defects and even cancer. The chemical in question is nonylphenol ethoxylates, it is widely used in detergents and other laundry materials used in cleaning purposes. In the present case Swedish society for Nature Conservation SSNC found this substance in large ratios which is a cause for concern.
