Michael Phelps has win his seventh gold to tie with all time Mark Spitz's Olympics record 7 golds at a Single Olympic Championships in a photo finish.

It was a Photo finish. Mark Spitz earlier was speaking in a news daily about deciding the winner in these type of tight finishes, the one who looks up the scoreboard after finishing the race is the one who touches the line, is considered most probably the winner. Mens singles Bronze Medal Match between James Blake and Novak Jokovic is slated for saturday at Olympics Greens Center Beijing.

Federer enters the Quaterfinals at Beijing Olympics 2008

Michael Phelps has made a history at the Olympics and is still going great. He is now a select band of Swimmers now to join Spitz. What Michael has achieved is an unmatchable feet which happen only a few times in the History of the games among the sporting fraternity. It is like an equivalent of a Tiger Woods or a Federer of Tennis. And he is destined to climb many more frontiers as Spitz professed. He was also stressing about a point or two about swimming in the morning schedule's at Beijing Olympics. Spitz says Mark has adopted well for this regimen when most of the Swimmers like to Swim in the evenings or prepare their Heats in the afternoons, as was all heaping praise on the new American champion.
